StoryTeller 2016: Oh The Times, They Are A Changin'

With sights set squarely on 2016, we at StoryTeller are preparing for what we believe will be a transformational year. For starters, we’re planning a move next month to new offices in St. Louis Park. For our team, saying goodbye to our outdated office space in Bloomington will be a sweet parting. However, for me there are mixed emotions - the freshness of new, more contemporary space countered by the melancholy and nostalgia that come with growing a business in one location for 7 years. Yet, change will be good for StoryTeller.

And while the change in location will physically represent a “new start” we will also fully implement the Entrepreneurial Operating System, also known as the EOS. If you’re familiar with the book “Traction” by Gino Wickman, you know that the EOS is an operations system that is designed for small businesses that are targeting growth through accountability, alignment and communication. Working with EOS implementer Justin Cox, owner and founder of Arthur Wayne Consulting, we have already begun laying the foundation for this step forward. We are confident this move will transform our business, and enhance the culture we’ve worked so hard to create through the years.

Change isn’t always easy and yet without it, growth is nearly impossible. Thankfully, our team at StoryTeller is embracing both our new physical and operational direction and ready for all that comes next! We look forward to you being a part of the next chapter we're beginning to write at StoryTeller.
